The same list, every visit, written down
Different companies mean different things by “a cleaning”. Ours is published task by task, so you can compare like with like before you book anybody.
Every room has its own list, and the list changes depending on whether we are keeping a home maintained, deep cleaning it, or turning it over for a move. Kitchens and bathrooms carry the most detail because that is where the work actually is.
Three ways people use us
Recurring
Every week, two weeks, or four. The house never gets far from where you want it, and each visit is shorter than the last one would have been.
Deep cleaning
The same list, done harder and by hand. Usually the first visit, or a reset before or after a season.
Move in / move out
An empty house, cleaned inside cabinets, drawers and appliances — the version that gets a deposit back.
What is not on the list
Published up front rather than discovered on the day.
- Lifting or moving large or heavy furniture
- Bio-hazardous substances (feces, blood, and the like)
- Mold removal
- Inside china cabinets
- Anything higher than the second step of a stepladder
- Inside the dishwasher, washing machine, or dryer
- Any part of the home exterior
- Wiping light bulbs
- Excessive trash or clutter
- Inside fireplaces
- Wet-cleaning the fronts of TVs
- Infested properties (rodents, insects)
- Moving appliances that are plumbed or wired in
Common questions
Do I need to be home?
No. Most of our customers are not. We work out access when you book — a key, a code, a lockbox — and the same team comes each time so it stays simple.
Is it the same cleaners every visit?
That is what we aim for, and it is a big part of why recurring service gets better over time. They learn your home. If someone is out sick we will tell you rather than surprise you.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes — everything, including the vacuums. Our teams are trained on the products they carry, which is exactly why we do not use whatever is under your sink.
What if I am not happy with the clean?
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and put it right. That is what our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee means.
Are you insured?
Fully insured and bonded, and our cleaners are our own W-2 employees with workers' compensation — not subcontractors. Ask and we will send you confirmation.
