Every visit
Same rooms every time. What changes is how deep.
Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, floors — every visit. Recurring holds it, a deep clean resets it, a move clean does it with nothing in the way.
Four places a rushed job always shows. Look at these before you pay anyone:
- the shower door track
- the base of the toilet, where it meets the floor
- the kitchen faucet, where it meets the sink
- the floor edges and corners
We bring everything — sealed-HEPA vacuums, color-coded cloths so a bathroom cloth never reaches your kitchen counter, and green products that are safe around kids and pets as standard, never an upgrade.
Not part of a clean: laundry, dishes, carpet cleaning, exterior windows, moving heavy furniture, or sorting and organizing of any kind. Inside the oven, inside the refrigerator and interior windows are add-ons — just ask when you book.

Before you call
Four things people ask first.
Do I need a deep clean first, or can I just start a schedule?
Sometimes yes — and we’ll tell you when you don’t. If the house has been kept up, we start you on a schedule. If it hasn’t, one deep clean first means every visit after it takes less time. You’ll get a straight answer on the phone, not a pitch.
How many people come, and how long does it take?
Usually one cleaner for a smaller home on a schedule, two over about 3,000 square feet, and a larger team for a deep clean or an empty house. We work room by room, top down, floors last.
What if something gets broken?
You deal with the office, not the cleaner. Small breakage comes back to you as a credit; anything larger goes through our insurance. Top-heavy pieces, insecurely hung pictures and brittle old blinds are the exceptions — tell us and we’ll leave them alone.
