How long does a deep clean take?
Longer than a maintenance visit, and it depends on the size and condition of the home. Deep cleaning is charged by the time it takes rather than at the flat rate a recurring visit uses, which is why we agree the plan and the expected outcome with you first.
Do I need a deep clean before recurring service?
Not always. If your home has been professionally maintained you can often start on a recurring schedule right away. If it has been several months, or there is noticeable buildup on baseboards, cabinets or in bathrooms, we will usually start with a deep clean so the recurring visits have something to hold.
Is spring cleaning the same as a deep clean?
Much the same work under a different name. A seasonal reset and a deep clean both mean extra time on accumulated detail rather than a different checklist.
Can you address hard-water buildup?
Yes, within limits worth stating plainly. Hard-water buildup comes off over several visits rather than in one, and we will not use anything that etches your glass to speed that up. A deep clean makes real progress on it; recurring visits keep it from returning.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many clients give us a key or a code and come back to a finished home. If you would rather walk the house with the team first, that works too — tell the office and we will plan for it.
