Cancellation Policy

If you don’t find help to your specific question here, please call us at 847-382-0082 or click on the Chat Button in the bottom right corner for immediate help.

If for any reason you elect to make any changes to your scheduled cleaning date, please give us some time to make changes. Our schedule is organized to minimize downtime for our maids. Last minute cancellations cause holes in cleaner’s daily schedule. This unnecessary expense should not be placed on us or other customers. Please be familiar with our cancellation policy below.

We Require 72 Hours Notice to Cancel or Reschedule

Rescheduling or Cancelling A Cleaning Appointment

We will be happy to reschedule or cancel your cleaning; however, we do require a 72-hour rescheduling notice. There is no charge for changes made with a 72-hour notice on business days (M-F, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm). However, we charge an $84 fee for rescheduling with less than 72-hour notice. 

Note: $84 fee is automatically billed to credit cards for a late rescheduling
